Would I be bound to a long-term contract?
No, you may subscribe on a month-to-month basis if you wish. (Please note that there is a minimum 60 days' cancellation policy.)
What is your cancellation policy?
We do require a minimum 60 days' termination notice from the subsequent billing date. It is important to note that, in the event of a termination notice, billing would continue for 60 days after the end of the current billing month. Therefore, if you notify us at least 60 days in advance, you will avoid being charged beyond your termination date. If you are on a yearly subscription and terminate the service prematurely, you would be billed for an extra 60 days, or half of the remainder of your subscription – whichever amount is greater. Please feel free to contact us for more information on our cancellation policy.

Do I need to have an existing telephone line to order high speed DSL?
No. If you don't have an existing telephone line, you may consider having a dry loop installed. (Information on dry loops to follow.)
What is a dry loop?
A dry loop is a phone line without an active telephone service. There is no dial tone on this line and its only purpose is to provision high speed Internet access. This type of DSL service is also sometimes referred to as 'Naked DSL'. If you order a dry loop from us, we will arrange for a technician to install it at your location, at no additional charge.
How much does a dry loop cost?
There is no charge for installation but an additional monthly fee applies, starting at $20.00 and varies depending on your location (the distance between you and your nearest Bell central office).
Why am I charged an additional monthly fee for a dry loop?
The Canadian Radio Television Commission (CRTC) regulates that telecommunications carriers such as Bell Canada must charge Internet Service Providers an additional fee for the ability to lease phone lines.
Can dry loops be installed anywhere?
Unfortunately there are territorial limitations to dry loops, therefore this technology may not be feasible in some areas.
